You must arrive between your designated window gap. For both date of Pick-up and Return Date. We will  not accommodate any window time changes or any modifications on your FULL ORDER.

Your window gap will be based on your order size. For both date of  pick-up as well as your return date.

Large Orders:  10am - 1pm

Small &Medium Orders: 12pm-4:30pm

You Must bring your original invoice for pick-up & return

Friendly Reminder: You are responsible in bringing extra help for any loading and unloading your order. (NO HELP WILL BE PROVIDED BY M&M PARTY RENTALS)

Late fee charges

If you refuse to follow instructions we are ENTITLED to charge you a late fee payment for any equipment brought back after the due date/time.
